Founder and CEO.


Elwill Louw brings 15+ year’s IT experience to the team. With a multi-skilled and solid background in Information Technology Support and Management, Elwill has a number of Microsoft certifications (A+,N+), CEH, Vmware, Veaam, Trend, Fortinet and soon CSX accreditation.

Elwill is a process improvement champion with a history of implementing new procedures and technologies to strengthen security posture, enhance operational efficiency, and control costs.

With repeated successes in directing IT projects from inception to execution, he strategically allocates resources and delegates tasks to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery. The management of technical support operations and the diligent troubleshooting of issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence are a personal strength.

Project management, system administration, problem solving, strategic planning, business continuity, data backup and recovery skills are all strong components of Elwill’s expertise, along with sales and vendor relations expertise..

The Trainer

Our trainer is a certified EC-Council Instructor (CEI) and Microsoft Certified Trainer adept at planning and implementing onsite and remote training programs. Experienced in educating seasoned employees and new hires in the field of information security and technology.

Authoritative and clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms using creating teaching methods. Proven track record of preparing employees to produce quality work across a variety of fields and received excellent ratings from clients.

He has successfully delivered various IT Certifications training including Fortinet Network Security Professional, CEHv10, CHF1v9, CSU, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst, CompTIA Pentest, CompTIA A+, N+, Cloud+, Linux+ and Microsoft Office.

He has also successfully delivered corporate training to clients in Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. These include Bank of Namibia, First National Bank South Africa and Namibia, Old Mutual, SACU, Debmarine Namibia, Telecom Namibia, MTC Namibia, Ministry of Justice, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) and SGA Charted Accountants and Auditors.

Our manager holds BSc. Degree in Cyber Security. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), LPIC Linux Engineer, a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) and ITIL Practitioner among other relevant cyber security qualifications.

He has over 5 years of IT Security experience working on projects in 6 different countries in Africa and International: USA, South Africa, Angola, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. In the process he has gained experience in training, performing network security infrastructure reviews, attack & penetration testing, technology configuration reviews, information systems review, network architecture design review, web application testing, application controls review, IT security policy review and benchmarking working with various companies in different industries.
